Two small cups made of sakura wood with a beautiful rich colour and the typical cherry wood grain. Wood from the famous blooming sakura trees is rather rare. These cups are great for wine or small cold drinks, Japanese sake would be a wonderful pairing. As the wood is not further strengthened, I would not recommend them for hot drinks. The wood is covered with Glass Finish, a matte odourless finish that makes the cups water resistant and food safe.

We believe that wood is a living material and it will take on more character as it ages. However, there are ways to ensure that your product lasts longer. Avoid using these items in areas that are excessively dry, such as near air conditioning or windows exposed to direct sunlight. You should also avoid leaving them in water or in close proximity to a source of heat.
